 With health care becoming a primary focus of the future, Clinics of North Texas (CNT) has taken steps to offer state-of-the-art health care services. Because of our strategic location in the heart of North Central Texas, Wichita Falls has become the health care hub for surrounding communities. Education:

Midwestern State University (MSU)
A fully accredited four-year university offers baccalaureate degrees in 60 academic disciplines, master’s degrees in 18 fields, and a variety of pre-professional degrees and several medical fields, including nursing, radiology and dental hygiene.

Other Educational Institutions
The University of North Texas (UNT) offers Doctorate programs in occupational and vocational education, corporate training and specialized corporate development. Wayland Baptist University (WBU) offers an Associates Degree in Applied Science, a B.S. Degree in Occupational Education, and a Masters in Business Administration with class times to accommodate working professionals. UNT and WBU are both located at SAFB and are open to military and civilians.

Public K-12
The Wichita Falls area has several Independent School Districts (ISD) which are leaders among Texas public schools. The Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) has been ranked in the top 10% nationally by the SchoolMatch consulting firm. The WFISD features Career Centers, Accelerated Learning Centers, Tech Labs, and offers up to 36 hours of college credit courses to high school students. The WFISD had the #1 magnet school in the nation in 2001 according to the Magnet Schools of America Association. Magnet programs provide for students to be in control of their curriculum choices in Math-Science-Technology, Global Communications, Visual & Performing Arts, International NATO Languages, Plant & Animal Kingdom, and Children's Engineering.
